We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Bath area to join a well
- established housing association. This exciting permanent position has plenty of opportunity to progress in the business.

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am
- 5pm**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working on the Contact Centre team assisting with:

- Handle and resolve as many customer enquiries and transaction requests as possible at first contact.
- Manage conflict situations and achieve quick resolution to customer concerns.
- Hand off telephone calls and other contact to other members of the team/business if appropriate.
- Produce outbound customer correspondence, make outbound telephone calls, and general administration; ensuring the response is appropriate and tailored to suit the needs and requirements of the customer
- Conform to policy, process, time and quality standards for all tasks and activities
- Record key performance indicator (KPI) data and other management information for senior management and teams, ensuring accuracy of data input and output.

**To be successful in this Customer Service Representative role, you will need to**:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, providing and receiving complex, sensitive and/or contentious information
- Be a good decision maker and negotiator, seeking advice as necessary
- Bring a passion for making a difference and a desire to support vulnerable customers
- Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations or conflict with empathy and understanding
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to maintain a positive approach to customer and colleague interactions
- Be experienced in customer services or call centre roles
