Kenneth Brian Associates are currently working with an established company based in Epsom to recruit a Finance Manager on a temporary basis.
**Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
- Prepare and produce monthly management accounts, including department income statements, balance sheet and other financial documents.
- Prepare weekly and month end journals
- Contribute to annual budgeting and year end financial statements
- Analyse financial statements of Franchise offices such as P&L accounts and cash flows
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
- Take ownership of intercompany reconciliations, raise and process recharge invoices between companies within the Group, developing knowledge of intergroup transactions
- Provide financial support and information to senior managers and employees across the Group
- Provide support to the Group Financial Controller and other Finance Team members to ensure relevant deadlines are met
- Monthly CIS preperaton and submissions
- Processing client invoices
- Manage or coordinate various financial projects
- Banking, arranging payments, bank reconciliations
- Checking and processing purchase invoices, agreeing to Purchase orders

**Person Specification**:

- ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant, part qualified with strong management accounts experience
- Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
- Attention to detail
- Experience of taking initiative, driving change and a dynamic approach to systems and processes to improve quality and efficiency
