Training Organiser

**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Organiser role working within Tameside Safeguarding Children Partnership (TSCP).
You will be joining a Safeguarding Business Team who are highly motivated and committed to supporting partnership learning and development.
As Training Organiser you will have a varied role to develop strategies, facilitate the delivery of learning events and to co-ordinate training to support the needs of safeguarding partner organisations in Tameside,
Your main responsibilities will be to;
- Develop, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate the multi-agency training programme within the context of statutory guidance and legislation.
- Develop and deliver the Training Strategy in line with the Safeguarding Business Plan.
- Develop and coordinate Learning and Development working groups and their work plan, including the creation and dissemination of practitioner tools designed to continually improve front line practice.
- Update training and facilitate regular learning events in response to learning from case reviews and audit activity in line with the Learning Framework.
**About You**
You will hold a recognised professional qualification (Social Work degree, Nursing Degree or diploma, Post Graduate Certificate of Education; or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate commitment to promoting the voice of children and Equality and Diversity in the workplace.
