Elevation Accountancy & Finance are really pleased to be working in partnership with a fantastic business based in the Scunthorpe area who are looking to recruit a professional Accounts Administrator to join their team, on a part time or full time (minimum 30 hours per week), permanent basis.

Duties of the Office Manager will include (but are not limited to):

- Maintain all routine accounts transactions including sales invoices, purchase invoices and bank transactions
- Credit control
- Coordinate monthly payroll information and liaise with payroll provider
- Manage purchase order process and support supplier relations
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager & Technical Director on processing quotes, customer orders and customer relations
- General administration duties
- Secretarial/PA support to MD

Person specification:

- Proven experience working within a fast paced, varied accounting role
- Educated to GCSE level, including Maths & English
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working with Xero (Essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet strict deadlines
