Established in 1908, we are a highly regarded independent, family run Letting Agency. We have an opening for a Property Coordinator/Negotiator. Customer service is paramount (read our reviews) and therefore we require determined individuals with a professional 'can do' approach. Working from our office in Cheadle, the successful applicant will be joining a small but committed team.

**Within this role you will be required to help manage an interesting portfolio of properties. Some aspects of this include**:

- Dealing with the day to day property management duties
- Assisting applicants and carrying out viewings
- Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants in a positive and effective manner
- Other office administration tasks
- Social media enhancement and website newspage illustrations

**The successful applicant would ideally have the following attributes**:
Strong communicator, both verbally and written. Well organised and able to follow procedures and instruction
Self-motivated and ready to use initiative
Reliable and committed
High tolerance levels and empathetic nature
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to go the extra mile when business demands
Computer literate plus GCSE Maths and English as a minimum
Personal experience of letting or renting (an advantage)
Enjoy meeting new people
Car owner c/w business insurance as appointments are necesssary

**Vacancy specifics**:

- 5 Day week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1/2 hour lunch and Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 4) from 9am to 12noon only
- To be considered for this position a full driving licence and own vehicle is required*

**Salary**: £17000.00 to £22,000.00 /year to be reviewed at end of probationary period (6mths)

Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (required) with business use insurance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
