**The Team**

The Student Success Adviser (Careers) role sits within the Careers Team which is based in the wider, Student Success and Employability Team. Working collaboratively with employers and partners in the University we deliver an innovative, professional and sector leading service. We are passionate about creating an individual employability journey for every student.

**The Role**

This is a really exciting time to be joining the team as we build on the range of opportunities we offer our students. You will provide exceptional customer focused careers information and advice, as well as support, to navigate the student and graduate employability landscape throughout the student journey and beyond. With an increased focus on providing students with professional experiential learning opportunities embedded within their studies, you will play a key role in designing and delivering educational employability initiatives that embrace and celebrate our diverse student body to enable them to thrive at university and after they graduate.

**Required Skills and Experience**

You will have experience of working in a careers and employability focused role and have a good understanding of the graduate labour market. With a passion for helping diverse individuals achieve their career goals and a person centred, creative approach, you will be driven to achieve the very best. Experience creating digital learning resources would be an advantage. You will be organised, able to juggle a varied work load with the ability to think on your feet and approach challenges with a can do attitude.
