Do you think you are someone who could equip our people to thrive and help us create the conditions for our people to do their best work?

You'll be responsible for delivering operational HR within the business. You will be the contact for HR & Payroll related queries and support for line managers and individuals, guiding on policy, procedure, and best practice. You’ll be proactive in creating HR products and delivering on HR projects that contribute to achieving our strategic objectives.

**A bit about what you'll be doing**:

- Manage small caseload of ER related issues such as absence management, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, etc
- Assisting line managers with performance related processes such as
- team reviews, setting goals and measuring results and how to have regular and human conversations
- Deliver solutions that encourage our people to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning, but providing them with a range of different options, resources and experiences
- Providing solutions to HR and payroll related queries for the business
- Process end to end monthly payroll using our payroll system Brightpay

This role is to support the business for a period of up to 12 months until the end to support maternity leave

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
