**What we’re looking for**

Our new location is in need of a whole team of dynamic individuals who are passionate about food to help us bring our dishes to the masses. You will be working with the best food in the business including our coveted signature Squid dish (It’s in the name after all)

Here’s a few things we’re looking for in our Crew Supervisors:

- Experience - While we don’t expect seasoned pro’s, we want someone who has spent time in the trenches, learning the ins and outs of the industry and honing their skills.
- Qualifications - Pshh, who needs ‘em? We believe that a passion, good attitude and dedication will bring more than any qualification can
- Must have a passion and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to bring your own energy and enthusiasm to the team.

**Front of house**

Our front of house team will be in charge of charming the customers. We’re all about making the customer happy, so our senior crew members must be dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure that our customers have a fantastic experience.

We want someone with a sense of humour. We’re a fun-loving team and want someone that can bring the laughs and keep the atmosphere light and lively.

Of course, we do need you to keep on top of the general (not so exciting) stuff that keeps the Squid Shack running smoothly. Our Crew Supervisors will need to keep the team motivated and on track, and making sure that all the general front of house duties are done to a standard that we can all be proud off.

**Kitchen crew**

Our kitchen crew will be the three beating hearts of the Squid Shack (a squid has three hearts
- bad pun, we know). This is where a passion for experimenting with new flavours and dishes will stand you ahead of the crowd. We want a crew that can come up with exciting new dishes that will keep our customers coming back for more.

Again, while full training and guidance will be provided, we want someone who has experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (because as you will know, some stuff can’t just be taught, it has to be lived).

The kitchen Crew Supervisors will be in charge of all the usual kitchen duties, cleaning, ordering, stock control, quality control etc. The management team will help hone these skills so the Crew Supervisors will have them down to a fine art.

We are recruiting for crew members to work in our front of house section or our busy kitchen.

You will be working with the best food in the business including our coveted signature dish Squid You will be surrounded by a fantastic team of hardworking people.

**Front of house**
- You will work with your crew mates to make every customer feel welcome
- Alongside your crew mates, you will guide each customer through the menu, offering suggestions and building delicious meals
- You will strive to keep wastage to a minimum
- You will also help us keep the hot food bar sparkling clean.

**Kitchen crew** - Working in our kitchens means
- You will help prepare and cook our amazing menu under the guidance of the management team
- You will work with your crew mates to cook and serve hot food items inline with food safety and recipe instructions, under the guidance of the management team
- You will strive to keep wastage to a minimum
