You maybe a super user of IFS and want to utilise your skills, and may not sit in IT but can use this system with high efficiency.

**The role**
- provides Tier 1/2 support to all functional areas of the business managing via a help desk ticketing system which includes (but not limited to) creating new Users, assigning correct permissions, report creation etc. user support, functional skills
- works cross-functionally to support high levels of data integrity by planning and executing an audit schedule reporting audit findings and working with those responsible to identify root causes and permanent corrective action in the event of failure;
- works cross-functionally to ensure that policies, procedures and work instructions pertaining to the system and its usage are maintained;
- maintains training materials, process documentation and provides (GUI) training to users
- Providing daily Tier 1/2 technical systems support via helpdesk system
- Providing GUI training for new users
- Maintaining and supporting existing IFS system configuration
- Scope, design and implement new customisation in IFS ERP requested by internal stakeholders.
- Work with Systems user to define report requirements; deliver reports using the most appropriate technology.
- Supporting the authoring and maintenance of user manuals for all functional areas

**Technical skills - essential skills user experience**
- ERP system knowledge preferably IFS (Apps 10)
- Deep understanding of at least two of the following IFS modules within - Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resource, Service and Maintenance
- Quick reports
- SQL/PLSQL Knowledge, user experience
- Microsoft office - advance level Excel skills with Business Management System skills
- Proficient at communicating findings and recommendations succinctly
- Able to design processes and work towards continuous process improvement.
- You must be an ERP specialist, ideally working within a manufacturing business, however ERP skills are essential.
