**Specific Responsibilities**

Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional responsibilities considered reasonable.
The key duties of the role are:
- Preparation and creation of 121 management information and documentation.
- Diary management of CAS adviser 121’s.
- Knowledge testing roll out and management.
- Administration of T&C documentation.
You will be motivated, friendly and professional at all times and will need:
- At least one years’ experience in financial services.
- Outstanding planning and multi-tasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
- The ability to work remotely and use your own initiative to complete your workload.
- Possession of a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of working within a team and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and build and sustain a good working relationship with team colleagues and external stakeholders alike
