Clever are a leading Sales and Lettings Agency located in the heart of Plymouth.

We are looking to appoint a successful, self-driven, resilient and self motivated Sales person, with a proven track record.

As a Negotiator you would be required to match great tenants with great landlords on a large scale.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales
- Property experience an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary - £23,000 - £28,000 per annum OTE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,425.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
