An experienced **Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lister** is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency for their local Plymouth office.

**Skills: The skills required for this Senior Letting Negotiator/ Listerrole will include**:

- Previous residential lettings experience essential
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions

- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Plymouth and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
