Yapp Brothers is widely recognized as the UK’s leading importer of French regional wines. Our busy team handles orders from private customers and restaurants all around the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, systematic individual to work with the team at Yapp HQ in Mere, Wiltshire.

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week plus one Saturday in three on a rota basis.

**The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:
Cashflow management

Reconciliation of bank statements, Card payments

Monthly journal postings, Accruals & Prepayments

Quarterly VAT and annual returns

Assisting with Month end procedure

Processing Purchase invoices and managing purchase ledger payments (Sterling and Euro)

Process customer orders from our online and telephone customers, respond to queries and tracking customer deliveries.

Working flexibly with other members of the admin team to ensure that the whole administrative function runs smoothly.

Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts & yearly Audit

Other Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Excellent organizational and numerical skills are essential, as is the ability to interact professionally with clients both on the telephone and face-to-face.
