We are currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Executive Chairman and COO in managing their workload efficiently and professionally. As our EA, you will have extensive experience in diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings, and arranging local, national, and international travel. You will also be responsible for project management, managing the status, resources, and timelines for all items, and working with directors and internal teams to provide updates on issues and advance the same.

**About the team...**

The executive team is made up with the CEO (Lord Bath), COO, and department directors including Operations, Estates, Finance, HR and Marketing. They work in a relaxed and collaborative style and have multiple projects ongoing simultaneously.

**About you...**

As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the liaison on all communications for the executive team, responsible for communicating updates, information, and changes. Additionally, you will oversee the management of the office, including reception, post room, and expenditures for the Estate Office.

**What you'll do, and how you will make an impact...**

To excel in this role, you must be highly organized, possess exceptional proofreading skills, and have the ability to attend to details, large and small. You must also be able to take initiative, anticipate needs, and work well with mínimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are a must. You must be a natural completer and display cognitive skills, including logic, judgment, teamwork, mobility, and manual dexterity.

The successful Executive Assistant will be a graduate calibre with 3-5 years of experience working with C-suite management and board directors. You must possess advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
