Our client based in Chorley is looking for a Cruise Sales Consultant to join their team. Our client is one of the most recognised names in the Cruise industry and due to substantial growth, they are looking to add a number of Cruise Sales Consultants to their team.

To be considered for the Cruise Sales Consultant roles you will have previous experience working in the travel industry in a sales position and will have a passion for helping people to create their dream holidays.

**Responsibilities for the Cruise Sales Consultant are**:

- To build, nurture and grow an engaged database
- To generate your own sales leads via social media channels
- To convert company-generated leads following a tried and tested sales process
- To provide the very best service levels to each and every customer
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for the travel and cruise industry
- Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
- A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- A solid understanding of basic mathematics
- Customer focused with a relentless approach to providing our customers with a world class pre and post booking experience
- Proven track record of selling luxury cruises

**For the Cruise Sales Consultant roles our client is offering the following package**:

Working hours for the Cruise Sales Consultant position are Monday to Friday although you will need to work two weekends per month. Weekends are flexible and can be worked around your personal commitments. Once training is completed on site the role can become hybrid or remote.

Our client is offering a basic of £25 000 to £30 000 for the Cruise Sales Consultant positions as well as an uncapped commission structure with OTE typically sitting around the £60 000 mark.
