The Role:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for directly supporting the internal sales team and CEO to deliver a high-quality service across all revenue streams through accurate and timely sales and administrative tasks.

This is a permanent full time role, predominately office based.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Sales and administration support to sales team and CEO

Taking and entering customer orders

Managing active sales campaigns together with the sales team

Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing letters, spreadsheets, and sorting and distributing incoming mail

Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client database, and other internal documents as requested

Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases

Assist with marketing and social media tasks

Organising meetings, scheduling appointments

Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operation

Greet visitors to our facility; answer and direct phone calls promptly, fielding cold sales calls; and maintain office efficiency by arranging necessary repairs

Essential:
Fluent English

Proven experience as an sales administrator

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Able to prioritise workload and work to strict guidelines

Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

Able to work in a small team, work collaborative and co-operate effectively

**Experience**:

- B2B Sales or Customer Service : 2 year ( Preffered)
- B2B Marketing : 2 year ( Preffered)

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
