**Purpose of Front of House**:
The role of Front of House is to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all clients in the business. This includes visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders. The role also supports the events function of Business Development (where required) to ensure that events run smoothly, to the highest standards and that all pre and post-documentation is provided to the relevant departments
**As Front of House, you will be responsible for**:
- Responsibility for unlocking or locking up the main reception door
- Ensuring the main reception area is tidy for the next day or the day ahead
- Provide day-to-day client care at the highest standard
- Meeting rooms - manage all bookings for internal/external meetings and events, set up rooms pre-meetings, keep them tidy
- Arrange catering and provide refreshments when required for internal and external client meetings and events
- Book and arrange UK and overseas travel and accommodation for staff members
- Process client payments by card, cash or cheque providing clients with relevant receipts
- Scan, copy and certify, when applicable, client ID
- Daily internal delivery of documents and deliveries
- Perform weekly fire test to ensure we are compliant, and the alarm sounds around the building
- Carry out weekly and monthly building checks to ensure all areas are maintained - document and report any issues
- Assist any contractors attending the office with information regarding the maintenance issue
- Assist the manager with any facilities and health and safety duties for the office
- Liaison between all departments and offices with regard to events, bookings, and other Front of House services
- Ensure that the client’s needs are understood, follow up and ensure expectations are met and where possible exceeded
- Proactively develop client care, in line with the vision and constantly evolve it
- Drive client service excellence by staying close to the operation, building rapport and develop excellent working relationships, at all levels
- Carry out any other administrative duties when required
- Cover and assist client care centre taking and transferring calls when required
- Someone who can build relationships with internal teams as well as partners and suppliers
- Has a professional manner as well as a high level of interpersonal skills to handle time-sensitive and stressful situations
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task accordingly
- Strong client service skills and a professional manner
- Excellent administrational skills, highly organised and able to effectively plan and prioritise daily tasks
- Ability to perform well under pressure whilst keeping a calm approach
**Desired but not essential**:
- Experience working in a similar role or industry
- Relevant professional qualification in client services, reception, facilitates or health and safety
