Lead Front of House with Vision

We're seeking a talented Front of House Manager to join our team at edyn Limited. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Align Front of House with Corporate Strategy: Collaborate with our corporate team to ensure our Front of House operations align with our overall strategy.
  • Represent FOH in Management: Serve as the primary Front of House representative on our management team, advocating for department needs and driving strategic objectives.
  • Update Departmental Operations Manuals: Oversee the creation, review, and updating of our Departmental Operations Manuals to reflect current best practices.
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Service: Guarantee that all employees deliver outstanding guest service at every interaction.
  • Manage Departmental Costs: Proactively manage costs based on key performance indicators, working closely with our managers.
  • Maximize Upsell Opportunities: Champion our upsell program, ensuring monthly targets are met through training and development.
  • Foster Internal Service Excellence: Ensure employees offer excellent service to internal customers across departments, fostering collaboration and a seamless experience.
  • Enhance Guest Interactions: Spend time in public areas observing guest interactions, engaging with guests, and coaching employees on refining their service skills.

We believe in working flexibly, including flexibility in work location, working days, and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. This is a full-time role.
