Prescriptions Coordinator - Temp to Perm

One of our reputable and expanding clients is recruiting for a number of roles within their busy Customer Service Teams.

This role is based at their offices in Crawley and are working full time 37.5 hours per week with a shift pattern across Monday to Sunday. The shifts available are:
**Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm and Sat 9am to 5pm**

**Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm and Sun 7am to 3pm**

This Temp to Perm opportunity is to start immediately, you will temp for a few weeks and all being well you would then be offered a permanent role.

The role of Prescriptions Coordinator will be coordinating an essential service to patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. Duties will include:

- Processing prescriptions accurately - requires confidence with keying in numerical data
- Entering accurate information into the required system
- Working closely with other departments including the clinical team and internal stakeholders
- Dealing with customers in an empathetic manner
- Following strict procedures and processes

If you can manage and prioritise a varied and busy daily workload, can build great rapport with those you work with and have great attention for detail, these could be the perfect roles for you
