To be successful in this role you will deliver a world class service to customers, be responsible for all aspects of physical and system-based stock management.
**There are a number of responsibilities within this role, here are some of what your day will look like.**
- To meet or exceed customer service standards (e.g. customer service targets, delivery times, customer satisfaction measures, flexible approach to changes in customer demands)
- To be responsible for all elements of stock management
- To be the face of Belron UK Ltd, maintaining high personal standards for yourself, the Company vehicle, the Centre and customer
- To consistently meet or exceed standards in the delivery of vehicle glass and other products and to ensure that Belron UK Ltd quality and other standards are adhered to
- Achieve a high standard of accuracy when completing paperwork and when using IT systems
- To support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Belron UK Ltd, whilst supporting effective cost management and enhancing customer service

- Basic computer skills essential, coupled with being receptive to system training.
- Full UK driving licence (ideal but not essential)
