We’re looking for a PART TIME Operations Support Co-ordinator (15 hours per week) to coordinate our feed sampling process (collection of feed samples, recording of samples received, tracking of results) and provide administration support to the Global Engineering Department. If you have great organization skills and previous experience of working in an administration support role where the ability to work efficiently and accuractly is key, this could be the perfect role for you. Full traiing will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordination of the feed sampling process in a timley manner, ensuring compliance with all bio-security protocols.
- Ensuring correct recording of feed sampling and associated results.
- Providing abministration support to include; packaging and shipping of parts, data entry, stock counts, interaction with customers.

**Qualifications, Skills/Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English language.
- Previous experience in an administration role within a fast paced environment where accuracy is a pre-requisite.
- Previous experience of direct liaison & communication with customers.
- Stong planning and organising skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

**Desired**:

- Data entry into a sophisticated ERP system.
- Previous experience of dealing with courier and shipping.
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role.
