**Job Summary and key responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working within the Database Support & Development team providing support to all Lettings and Block management teams. This will include but not limited to:

- First line helpdesk support for the Lettings CRM
- Assist with on-boarding new business including acquisitions for Lettings, Corporate Lettings and Block Management (data entry)
- Assisting with bulk mailouts from Hubspot
- Help with data cleansing projects
- Assist the data team with weekly/monthly reporting
- Provide support to the whole Database Support & Development with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- System administrator to Lettings CRM including creating new user accounts and archiving leavers
- Covering the Support desk and troubleshooting problems
- Working the wider teams to ensure successful completion of projects
- Support the data team to ensure a smooth transition of acquisitions
- Data loading, cleansing and rectifying issues

- Working knowledge of the Lettings industry
- Lettings or support experience
