My client specialises in telecommunications and is continuing to develop at a fast rate. Over the 30+ years within their sector they have had the opportunity to work alongside big brands such as Vodafone, Samsung and Microsoft and have also taken approacheswhich guarantee the finest results for selected business’s which ensure that they continue to be at the top in their line of business. Due to continual growth my client is looking for an experienced business development manager.
- **Salary: £40,000 basic**
- **£550 a month car allowance**
- **Working hours 08:30-17:30 Mon
- Fri**
- **Hybrid working (Office based/Home/Field)**
- **21 days + Bank Holidays can go up with length of service to 26 days + Bank Holidays**
- **Commission paid 10% of Gross Profit**
- **Provided with Mobile and Laptop**
- **Work Pension**
- **Must be open to travelling to the Midlands office**

Key Objectives
- Meet and surpass your individual sale targets
- Introduce new prospects to my client
- Sell the answer to the customers’ needs

Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation calls to create new opportunities
- Meeting with prospects
- Managing your pipeline
- Preparing and delivering quotations
- Communicating with the customer and being the point of contact from sale to implementation
- Integrating with internal teams and making sure that projects run smoothly
- Updating my clients CRM throughout

We are looking for an active person who loves working autonomously and has a natural urge to succeed by achieving their targets and making sure that their customers have an outstanding customer experience.

A background in telecommunications is ideal but not essential for this Business Development Manger role.
