**About the role**

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the development, execution, monitoring and evaluation of our B2B marketing plan and a number of ongoing, multichannel marketing initiatives to acquire and nurture new prospects. This is a contract role covering maternity leave and will therefore be 10 - 13 months in length.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop the B2B marketing lead generation plan for the business, to support the delivery of our vision and corporate objectives by:

- Developing end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including PPC and social advertising, event management, direct response marketing, account-based marketing and more.
- Provide regular performance reports against a range of metrics.
- Manage the CRM system (HubSpot) for the Marketing and Sales functions including:

- Segmenting customer and prospect data.
- Nurturing leads and sharing with relevant colleagues.
- Owning and maintaining our prospective customer database.
- Responsible for producing B2B content across a range of channels such as B2B web pages, webinars, adverts, and product collateral and monitoring the results against objectives and expenditure.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party providers, such as agencies and printers, to deliver agreed targets/KPIs.
- Develop, execute and evaluate new product launch campaigns and develop content to support engagement.
- Support tradeshow and conference sponsorship as well as inhouse B2B events, including creating project plans, managing budgets and taking ownership of event delivery.
- Keep abreast of developments within the health and wellbeing market and wider external environment to identify B2B best practice and seek out new, innovate and exciting ways to engage our customers and drive business impact.
- Ensure budgets are monitored, adhered to and reconciled on a monthly basis.
- Be aware of and follow all company procedures and guidelines. Ensure all documented policies and procedures within area of responsibility are maintained in accordance with company requirements.
- Comply with all relevant legislative requirements, including financial services regulations. Employment law, Data Protection and Health and Safety.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested.

**Education and Qualifications**

Desired:

- Degree level educated.
- A professional qualification in marketing such as CIM, CIPR, IDM.

**Experience**

Required:

- CRM system management experience.
- Event management.
- Google Adwords and Campaign Manager.
- Experience of working with insight and data to deliver desired outcomes.
- Experience of developing and delivering innovative multichannel campaigns and plans and measuring effectiveness.
- Experience of working within brand guidelines.
- Experience of managing timescales and budgets.

Desired:

- Experience of working with HubSpot (preferred).
- Experience of directing and working with agencies, printers and suppliers.
