Job Description:


We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join our team on a temporary, commission-based basis with potential for a permanent role as the company grows. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep knowledge and a strong network in one or several industries: aerospace, automotive, rail, or manufacturing.


The ideal candidate will have experience either procuring or selling sintered components to medium and large enterprises and will understand the sales cycles and know how to access key decision makers in these industries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enter and expand our presence in specified sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in one or several of the key industries.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a B2B sales manager or similar role (such as procurement), specifically in the automotive, rail, manufacturing or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong understanding of powdered metallurgy and sintering processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Remote working is possible but with a preference of being UK or EU-based.
