The Fraud Advisory Panel is the voice of the counter-fraud profession, committed to tackling fraud and financial crime. We strengthen fraud resilience by championing best practice in fraud prevention, detection and response through education, advice, and research.

Founded by ICAEW in 1998, the Fraud Advisory Panel is a registered charity and membership body based in London. This role will be hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office per week.

Our members come from a wide range of professions and sectors and are united by their determination to counter fraud. They are central to all the Fraud Advisory Panel has achieved over the last 25 years and key to realising our ambitions in this new phase of growth, as we continue to evolve to tackle fraud and prevent the harm it causes.

**Overall Purpose of the role of Administrator**

The Administration Executive will support the Panel with its business management and day to day operations including engaging with membership and supporters, responding to enquiries and requests.

**Role Profile of Administrator**

The primary responsibilities of this Administrator role are to:

- Provide a high-level service to all sectors with a particular focus on growth and retention.
- Support on membership accounts, including registration and contracts, in line with operational and strategic objectives.
- Support the Head of the Panel and Campaigns Executive with business operations including opportunities for expansion, managing feedback to deliver the best value to our membership and guide future direction of the Panel by understanding the reasoning behind our successes and opportunities for growth.
- Support with the delivery of forums for our corporate members to proactively collaborate cross sector by sharing best practice, knowledge, and experience and lead on the administration duties each event requires.
- Support of business operations including wider forum and boardroom management to ensure that communication with the membership is insight led and accurate to the planning process, including documentary recording and support of committees.

Various other duties will be required from time to time in line with business needs
- An effective and influential administration executive with experience supporting innovative and fast paced projects and an ability to deliver short term objectives in realisation of long-term strategic goals and ambitions.
- A team player who carries out administrative support with optimal efficiency in support of day- day business activity including at board meetings and corporate conferences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact with members, policymakers, and other stakeholders to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent the Fraud Advisory Panel at events and corporate meetings, with excellent recording skills and experience in producing documentary support.
- Proven track record prioritising core activities and an ability to proactively support with the growth of the Panel and deliver our ambitions to be the threat lead, innovative and independent voice of the counter fraud community.
