LHH is looking an experienced HR Officer to join an established business based near Stourbridge. This is a generalist role that will include coordination and of ER, L&D and project support.

The role:

- Providing operational HR support to all employees on site.
- Dealing with grievances and sickness / absence reviews.
- Handling absence management queries.
- Providing face to face and over the phone HR support for various HR queries
- Dealing with exit interviews and recruitment compliance.
- Jointly responsible for the induction process
- Effectively deal with employee relations matters
- Assist on specific HR projects
- Joint day-to-day HR support and administration
- Absence monitoring & reporting
- Assist teams with interviews and recruitment process as and when required
- Running reports

What we are looking for?
- Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
- Good knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice.
- Computer literate MS Office Packages.
- Previous experience with multitasking work and projects, and capacity to prioritise as needed.
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of using HR software and systems

Must have own transport.
