Wychbury Medical Group is looking to recruit a HR Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established large GP Practice caring for 23,000 patients from 3 surgeries.

Hours: 25 hours per week (days and times negotiable although flexibility required to work across the week)

As a HR Generalist you will deal with all aspects of HR for the Practice and will be expected to keep abreast of forthcoming employment legislation changes and support the Practice Manager in implementing any new policies and procedures.

The key responsibilities will involve supporting the management team in all aspects of staff employment, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance cases, sickness absence and performance management.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, arranging staff training, preparing payroll information and updating contracts of employment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £26,701.00-£30,714.00 per year
