**Job Title: Mobile Network Administrator**

**Location: Coventry**

**Hours**:Commensurate with the position of your role within the organisation, you will be required to adopt a flexible approach to the hours worked and which may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties. The basic contractual hours will be 22.5 hours per week, over 4 days, Monday to Thursday with an unpaid lunch break of half an hour each day.

Our services provide a full range of solutions to enable Total Fleet Mobility including Contract Hire of bespoke commercial vehicles, Short term rental and Fleet Management. **Role**
- The role is an administrative one to support the three regional mobile controllers with the day to day administrative duties of the mobile network, across all three regions.
- The appointment of the support role will allow more time for the controllers to focus on the scheduling aspect of their role, ensuring that we maximise the productivity of the mobile technicians.
- It will reduce the requirement for the mobile controllers to work regular overtime which they are doing presently, in order for them to keep up with the ongoing and increasing volume of work.
- The addition of an administrator will provide capacity for future development of the network.

***Person Specification**
- Good standard of Education with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Previous administration experience.
- Good literacy skills, both oral and written.
- Be confident in the role.
- Work well as part of a team working in a fast-moving environment.
- Have a good understanding of computer-based operating platforms, such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ideally would have previous experience working in a similar role involving service-related activities
- Will work best on their own initiative and take pride in ensuring that work is seen through to completion.
- To be flexible in attitude in providing solutions to problems.
