**Compliance Administrator**

Reporting to the Quality Compliance Team Leader, the purpose of this role comprises three main elements, you will manage ISAC enquiries and plan accreditation requests for the whole assessment team. Collate accreditation information and data in to reports suitable for internal and external stakeholders. You will alos be responsible for the administration/coordination support for Assessment team/Quality Compliance Team Leader.

**What you’ll do**:

- Diary management for assessors
- Schedule training/accreditation sessions (various locations/assessors)
- Liaise with suppliers and assessors to put together accreditation schedules.
- Book external accreditations for internal staff
- Manage the team inbox.
- Update external/internal systems for bookings
- Ensuring current documents and information pertaining to accreditations are issued to suppliers when courses are booked and that these are held on the Supplier Portal/QEHS Hub to ensure our safety culture is met
- Prepare costings report for finance
- Generate certificates for courses completed._ _

**Key requirements**:

- Understands and contributes to Field Operations delivery commitments and strategy.
- Must be adept in use of bespoke systems and MS Office - Excel and Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and MS Forms Knowledge or experience of providing administration support in a training support department an advantage.
- Being commercially aware of the costs for the Assessment team.
