**Customer Service Representative**

Envisage Management Limited is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in London. This position is responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering questions, and assisting in the resolution of customer complaints. The Customer Service Representative will also be expected to provide accurate and timely information to management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer questions and provide information about the company, products, and services
- Resolve customer complaints about product quality and quantity
- Handle all aspects of customer satisfaction after the sale
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with all customers, high value statements, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other teams managers to foster a culture of respect, transparency, and trust
- Work well under pressure with a high sense of urgency while also being able to prioritize tasks based on importance based on the needs of the company and customers
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude team environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills - both analytical and analytical/analytical.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: £23,217.00-£25,272.00 per year
