To support the Pensions Administration team with post and scanning duties and general administration support as required.
Areas of Responsibility:
- To ensure the daily post is opened and scanned to the desired quality by midday deadline.
- To print the days letters and communications generated by Pensions Administration team.
- To insert flyers as appropriate and ensure GDPR procedures are adhered to when enveloping the days post.
- To ensure all letters are printed and delivered to the Business Support team for mailing on a daily basis by the postal deadline advised by Business Support.
- Ad hoc administration duties as advised by the Pensions Administration Manager.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 1 years office administration experience.
