Customer Service Coordinator - Christchurch - Temp - £12 per hour

**Immediate start**

A Customer Service Coordinator is required for our client, an international company, based in Christchurch to start immediately. The working hours for this role are flexible between 6am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Saturday.

Duties include:

- Respond and assist to client situations from across the globe following the companies standard operational procedures
- Answer telephone calls from customers and deal with any queries and complaints in an effective manner
- Work through the case load on the systems which will require excellent computer skills
- Arranging flights and Covid test & booking hotels and transport for across the globe
- Accurately record data with details on incidents by inputting information into the case management systems
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Intelligence team and any other duties as reasonably requested by management

Key Skills:

- Excellent at attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate for use on CMS system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Able to work under pressure
- Proactive mindset
