RWR RECRUITMENT have an excellent opportunity for a professional and committed person to work for our client based in Bristol.

We are looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join the team with an immediate start

**Job Type: Full Time.**

**Salary**: £22,500 +£150 bonus per quarter pending KPI’s are met

**Shifts**: Monday-Sunday 8hrs between 7am-7pm 7
- 1 in 4 weekends needs to be worked either a Saturday or a Sunday a day off will be given in the week
- 4 weekly rotas
- **Hybrid 2 days office 3 days WFH (can work in the office more days if preferred)**

*2 weeks of office based training to start.

**Weekly pay.**

Description:

- Answering inbound calls
- Evaluating problems and complaints of the callers
- Providing proper solutions, responding to the needs of customers
- Providing information about products and services, taking orders

**Skills**:

- Flexible, self-motivated and ability work with the minimum of supervision.
- Skilled listener, with a problem-solving attitude and able to articulate both verbally and in written form
- Maintaining a professional and courteous approach with other areas of the business, including Colleagues, couriers and third-party agents

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
