**The Opportunity**

We've an exciting opportunity for an Executive Producer to join our European team, based in the UK. You will work closely with the Head of Studio and a wider Global EP team to secure new business primarily across Europe. The EP is responsible for building and maintaining exceptional client relationships and will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects deliver to plan, on budget and to deliver best in class service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop budgets and schedules, pitching on new shows.
- Breakdown scripts, deliver cost analysis and provide bids to client.
- Approve any budgets before they are sent to clients.
- Work closely with the client to ensure the brief and show needs are interpreted and bid appropriately.
- Create and maintain weekly status reports to track costs, capacity and project progress, reporting into client.
- Regularly communicate with the client on progress and understand fully their needs/requirements.
- Communicate with producers, coordinators, creative and technical leads regarding directives and production requirements of specific projects.
- Work with the Producer to ensure the film stays within the budget.
- Foresee any production problems ahead of time and ensure plans are in place to address issues or concerns.
- Negotiate with Clients where required to ensure a positive outcome for all parties (e.g. propose solutions to meet creative needs to be aligned with budget constraints).
- Report on overall capacity available to inform timing for future projects to guide sales generation.
- Work closely with the wider EP team globally to maximise the opportunities available across all aspects of the business.
- Support with building the VFX team, assisting with hiring and selection of new senior talent to the team.

**R**equirements**:

- Ability to develop strong professional relationships.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects at varying stages of production/bidding
- Extensive knowledge and experience the VFX industry and on big budget films/episodic
- Multiple years of experience building reports and delivering insights on budget, scheduling and cost.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of global tax incentives
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to market a project effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to set and maintain a budget
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong planning and organizational skills; be confident and enthusiastic when communicating in person and/or over the phone; and enjoys working in a fast-paced creative team environment.
- Technical proficiency in Windows operating systems and/or equivalent.
