Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee Sales Representative time management - make sure they are on time for appointments
- Liasing with appointments to inform of any delays
- Taking calls from sales representatives on appointment queries / deposits / pickups
- Sending any cash/cheque deposits through to the Finance Manager and Director & heading up diary to make sure it is not missed
- Collection of sales reports from sales representatives immediately after appointments
- Quality check sales submission reports & contracts
- Dealing with any issues from quality check
- Converting enquiries to sales as quickly as possible
- Updating all feedback given by sales representative as soon as appointments are completed
- Dealing with order enquiries until jobs have been surveyed
- Taking calls from sales team/surveyors/installations
- Liaising with the installations team for customers who have requested a specific install date
- Chasing up surveyors to make sure they are booking appointments for converted sales orders
- Update any incoming bacs payments sent from Finance Manager
- End of day - make sure all sales converted, and cross referencing to make sure report & sold appointments s on diary balance
- End of day - make sure all payments correct - check virtual payments system and deposit report are balanced
- Dealing with customers wanting to cancel order - send any cancellation requests through to Sales Operations Manager
- Dealing with customer complaints - sending any complex issues to the Sales Operations Manager.

**About You**:

- Diligent, well-organised, with outstanding communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems is beneficial; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
- You are a team-oriented individual eager to learn and advance within the company.

**Location**: Skewen, Swansea/Neath/Port Talbot

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary awaits To be discussed, depending upon experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Neath
