A small unique Jewish Charity working to improve the lives of the underprivileged, seeks an Events Coordinator to organise and deliver both virtual and in person events through the year.This is an exciting, challenging and varied role for someone who canhit the ground running.

Main Tasks
- Organising the annual dinner from conception to completion with the the help of the senior management. The will entail organising the venue, catering, sponsorship, collating responses etc.
- Contacting prospective donors and advertisers, liasing with printers for the brochure and invites
- Producing registration using their current CRM System (training offered)
- Managing pre and post event logistics
- Running the event on the day alongside the director and dinner Committee
- Reporting on the event budget and reporting minutes
- Working with the marketing team member
- Liaising with volunteers
- Filling the Marathon spots and being present on the day.
- Building relationships with supporters and marathon runners
- Organise mission trips to visit the projects in Israel
- We need someone with excellent planning and logístical skills,
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Raisers Edge CRM experience would be an advantage
- ability to deliver in a timely manner
- Proactive approach to creating new projects and events
- Self motivated and resourceful
