Sales Administrator

**Sales Administrator**
**Up to 22k**
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with exciting clients to order replacement parts and allocate engineers for servicing
- Respond to customer queries/orders/complaints in a timely and thorough manner
- Check incoming orders are correct and liaise with customers, engineering, purchasing, suppliers and sales teams regarding any missing information
- Check availability of parts on sales orders and liaise with purchasing department and suppliers regarding any shortages
- Coordinate customer visits, installations and calibrations
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and key customer reports as deemed necessary
- Making sure the correct freight forwarder is contacted to collect export goods & that all relevant paperwork is completed
- Responsible for administration of all customer returns
