Primary purpose and function of position:
Your technical knowledge of all supply chain systems and ability to facilitate the safe and accurate movement of goods on-site will be critical in this role. It requires an exceptional individual to be self-motivated, collaborative, and agile in response to the daily operational tasks required.

Your experience will enable you to deliver the business needs whilst adhering to all relevant health & safety/compliance rules, maintaining high standards of hygiene and 5S within the workplace, closely monitoring and controlling costs and ensure on-time delivery/receipt of goods to site.

Key Tasks: Responsibilities
- Digital receipting (and dispatch) of materials and correcting negatives in system (SAP - ERP)
- Physical movement and storage of goods arriving to site, respecting FIFO - FLT Licence preferred but training can be provided
- Receipting the finished goods production from brewery into warehouse - should be cross checked versus original order quantity/specification
- Physical movement and storage of finished goods
- Sending finished goods production off site
- Organising shipment to 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider
- Raising ARCS (HMRC Duty in Suspense documentation) for 3PL movements
- Closing of ARCS
- Declaring CHEP pallets
- Organising stock to be sent on weekly transfer truck from Kentish Town site to Enfield site or 3PL
- End-of-month reconciliation routine based on all movements on SAP
- Managing SAP stock picture discrepancies
- HMRC WD40 and EX46 reporting with Customs & Excise Managers
- Coordinating Tank Beer transfer and write offs
- Coordinating onsite destructions - both physical destruction and legal documentation required
- Responsibility for general hygiene and 5S across the brewery, logistics and general operation of the Kentish Town site.
- Lead root cause analysis and investigations into failures to deliver on any aspects of the above, ensuring actions are in place to prevent a reoccurrence
- Support all aspects of production (packaging, brewing) at the Kentish Town Brewery, as and when required and in line with what you have been trained on

Key Tasks: Accountabilities
- Ensuring a safe working environment with accountability for maintaining and developing standards for others to also follow
- Actively participate in installing and maintaining Budweiser Brewing Groups management system (VPO) and standards at the site, with sustainable actions to ensure year on year improvements
- Control budget spend to support the delivery of the above activities, ensures cost optimization across all areas of the role
