**Job Purpose**
- Lead processing duties for a range of clients.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Train clients to confidently use accountancy software, primarily Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Liaise with clients to assist with general queries and escalating more complex matters to the relevant person.
- Working collaboratively firm wide to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
- Confidently report to senior team members, including Managers and Partners.
- Support colleagues with ad hoc duties as needed.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Previous experience within a client facing bookkeeping role.
- Strong working knowledge of using Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
- Sound communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Able to effectively self-manage a varied workload.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
