Are you an accounts administrator with knowledge of Xero that fancies a varied and exciting role within an SME?
Working directly with the Managing director, Deputy manager, administrative coordinator, and consultant accountants. you’ll oversee the accounts side of the business including invoicing, statements, and credit control.
This is a part time role, working 7 hours per week. Days can be flexible.

**Your role within the business**
**What we are looking for**:
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Processing Staff expenses.
- Invoicing.
- Chasing invoices.
- Credit control.
- Maintain correct and up-to-date financial records for the company.
- Process payroll from collating payroll data to publishing payslip.
- Aid with annual accounts with appointed accountants.
- Communicate effectively with managers.
- Provide administrative support to the Bramacare LTD and Bramacare (CIC).
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- Varied role.
