**Full-time & Permanent Opportunity Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm**

**About the Position**: Do you have experience of running a front-facing, student support team or perhaps an operations team preferably within the education sector? Are you used to a fast-paced environment where you influence and support the team ensuring the customer receives an excellent level of service throughout their journey. If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you- Working closely with the Student Progress Coordinator, you will be responsible for line managing the Ask4Help administrators, organising the handling of various student enquiries and activities, working collaboratively with the Programme Support Coordinators, academic and other support staff, and supporting the Student Operations Manager.
- You’ll need to have excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, flexibility and good IT skills including Excel for sure**About You**:
Ideally you will have previous experience working within a university or in higher
- education
- Customer-focussed driven with customer service experience
- Planning and organising activities of self and/or others.
- Contribute to the development of current working methods.
- Demonstrable success in building good relationships with key internal and external
- stakeholders
- Able to multi-task and deliver to an agreed timescale.
- Experience working with international students and home students (desirable)
- Experience using e: Vision SITS or similar student records management systems
