We have fantastic opportunity for you to join our Statutory Sales and Resales team as our Lead Property Sales Executive, supporting our customers to achieve their home ownership goals. You’ll be joining our friendly and hard-working team who are based at ourhead office in Newcastle upon Tyne and our London office and who look after customers across the country
Working alongside Susanna our National Statutory Sales Manager and the team, you’ll help our customers achieve their home ownership goals, maximising sales performance and ensuring that our targets are achieved.You’ll lead on our national sales programmeas well as our southern retirement homes resales, ensuring that all customers whether new or existing receive a fantastic service.
A proven leader, you’ll be able to unleash the potential of colleagues using your brilliant coaching skills, ensuring your team (and our Scheme Managers) meet and exceed their sales income and customer service targets. You’re adept at prioritising and managinga large and varied workload to meet performance targets and deadlines.

**About you**
You’ll have a property sales background and know your resales from your staircasing, and statutory sales to retirement sales. You’ll be experienced in managing them from start to finishYou’ll have a great knowledge of the housing market, and all the legalbits that come with that, as well as relevant housing acts, Homes England guidelines and relevant housing legislation.
You’re a real people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills and have worked in a property sales and marketing environment before.
