This is one of our favourite clients to work with and having just placed our 14th person into the company, we have great track record with them Our client, who are a leading provider of luxury office and event space (Serviced Office/Flexible Workspace sector)based in Central London (W1T) are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their friendly and growing team.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
The role of the Sales Administrator is to assist with all teams within the Sales division, as well as the sales administrative team. They must have a good knowledge of all product lines as well as a strong confidence on the CRM systems. They will be responsiblefor the submission of inbound enquiries and will ensure all data is correct and systems are up to date. The individual must have a keen attention to detail and ensure all leads are logged in an efficient manner. They will need to work effectively as part ofa sales team as well as the wider company and have excellent time management skills to remain in control of their workload.
- Ensure all leads are correctly logged onto the system as new/existing opportunities for the Sales teams.
- Issue acceptances and rejections to Broker / Agent partners on receipt of their referrals.
- Support monitoring of KPIs in line with targets set for the Sales team.
- Support with the day-to-day running of the Sales team, including updating CRM and updating sales boards.
- Maintaining availability and other marketing material sent to Brokers & Agents.
- Support with the onboarding process of potential partners.
- Raising POs for Broker/Agent payments on successful deals.
- Support with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Supporting senior members of the sales team with ad hoc reports.
