Purpose

Embark on an exciting career journey as a Customer Support Officer within the innovative Restart program. This role is at the forefront of our mission to support individuals in their quest for employment. As a Customer Support Officer, your primary role is to ensure seamless referrals from Job Centre Plus (JCP), provide exceptional customer service, and assist participants in their journey to find meaningful work. You will be the crucial link that connects participants with the program, conducting eligibility checks, and kickstarting the process through triage assessments. Your role involves meticulous record-keeping and impactful reporting.
