Altum Consulting is working with a global services organisation that is in the early-mid stages of establishing its GBS organisation and going through significant transformation and change. This is multi-service line, multi-vendor GBS and covers 20+ geographies.

As the GBS Transformation Director, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple programmes across all process towers through all remaining waves and help shape the future scope of work.
- Set up Transformation Office in line with GBS strategic vision and outlook
- Execute the Target Operating Model in a complex IT environment, managing multiple vendors and 3rd parties
- Evolve the delivery model, build trust, engagement and enable a sustainable GBS transformation function
- Build strong relationships with functional management teams to support the achievement of shared business objectives and ensure the adherence to agreed processes and procedures
- Strengthen controls, internal audit and risk environment
- Continue to develop the PMO function, embedding frameworks for transparency, reporting and value of the PMO

To be successful in this role:

- Extensive experience leading large scale change in a GBS environment, Ideally with BPO or dual model
- Track record of achieving business outcomes through transformation delivery
- Must have experience delivering programmes in multi-national organisations
- Stakeholder management at multiple levels, both internally and with external service providers
- Must be available to start sometime in March 2023
