IAG Airports is part of the International Airlines Group’s (IAG, S.A.) Transformation directorate. IAG is one of the world’s leading airline groups, with over 500 aircraft flying to over 250 destinations, carrying ~ 100 million passengers each year.

IAG Airports provides a scalable platform, which looks to transform the airports’ cost, revenue, NPS and ground safety performance of Aer Lingus, British Airways, IAG Cargo, Iberia, Iberia Express, LEVEL and Vueling.

IAG Airports are based across our key airline Hubs in Spain and UK&I.
- Help design (and participate in) transformative change agendas across the Group’s airports.
- Design and support the execution of transformation roadmaps, working closely with IAG’s businesses.

**Qualifications**:

- Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and razor-sharp execution
- Ability to influence and communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
- Capability to build strong relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders of all levels (verbally and written)
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty
- Able to strike balance between short-term improvement and long-term value generation, highly ambitious and delivering results quickly
- Commitment to service excellence and process enhancement
- Strong people skills, with an ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent written and spoken English

**Additional Information**:

- Change management experience supporting and implementing multiple solutions involving people, process, policy and technology
- Working proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Working experience at an airport desirable.
