The Director, Strategy Integration role is responsible for supporting and challenging both GB and Ireland in implementing the annual and long term strategy and developing actionable insights at market level. The ideal candidate will excel in influencing a broad group of stakeholders (from internal ones, to bottlers key stakeholders) transforming consumer, shopper and channel insights into a source of competitive advantage to drive action-oriented insights into all decision-making forums.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Support the development of ABP in both GB and Ireland, aligning key work streams with bottler and internal stakeholders
  • Lead scenario planning activation within KO and the bottler by linking external, macroeconomic and competitor context and insight to business performance to facilitate decision making and drive the business forward
  • Analyse both financial and non-financial aspects of Local Strategic projects and work to understand how the European Strategy can be landed locally
  • Guide and influence the bottlers, Marketing team and Business Ops & RGM in prioritizing key initiatives, by identifying key opportunities in the market
  • Lead the creation of actionable insights by understanding category, shopper and channel opportunities and ways to accelerate the business performance

  • Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach to help inform key business decisions
  • Problem framing and solving; ability to structure and coordinate cross functional analysis, initiatives, or efforts
  • Prioritisation: prioritise through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities
  • Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders
  • Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling
  • Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relative subject area or equivalent
  • Significant Business and/or functional experience in Operation / Strategy / RGM / business analysis related areas in a CPG environment
  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers
  • Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, be an efficient communicator and influencer
