Stock Condition Surveyor

ATK Solutions has an opportunity for surveyors to join us on a programme of works carrying out stock condition surveys across a housing stock in the region.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will have previous experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties with the use of a tablet device, and an ability and willingness to manage own diary.
- Stock Condition Surveyors given 300-400 properties at a time to manage independently
- Surveys carried out on a tablet device
- Letter of Authority
- Uniform + ID Badge
- Tablet provided (Inhouse Software)

Paid per survey. Current surveyors in the region achieving £200-£300/day.

- Bsc or equivalent in Building Surveying (preferred)
