Stock Condition Surveyor

We’re looking for an experienced stock condition surveyor to join our team based in Hampshire, to work across both sites in Basingstoke & Portsmouth. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week. Although contractually based in Portsmouth, this is a remote working role. This means you’ll not be permanently office based & will mostly be travelling across various locations throughout Hampshire. We’ll reimburse you for part of your mileage so you’ll not be out of pocket.

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
As a stock condition surveyor, you’ll carry out paperless stock condition surveys on dwellings & non-dwelling building assets; managing the survey from start to finish. You’ll take ownership from appointment making stage, through to validating and uploading data into the asset database. Making sure that the data is always accurate and up to date. Should your survey pick up any building defects, these will be reported through the appropriate channels.
You’ll be able to manage your own diary to book and attend appointments, achieving the agreed number of completed surveys weekly. You’ll have good time management and prioritising skills, working well to deadlines and under pressure. You’ll be a good communicator and have a strong customer focus. Previous experience in a similar role would be really beneficial, however training will be provided where needed.
**You’ll need to have a full current driving licence with use of a vehicle with business use insurance.**
